We've left the kids with Grammy and Grandpa. They have been so excited to go visit them. Grammy has telling them all the fun things she has planned for them including a birthday party with presents, swimming at the swimming hole, rides on 4-wheelers, playing the wii, and much more.
R and I arrived in Hawaii this afternoon and spent the evening walking along Waikiki beach. Tomorrow, we will go to the Hawaii Temple in the morning and a Luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center in the evening. We'll do a whole Island Tour on Sunday and snorkeling on Monday. Tuesday, we will head to Kauai for more adventures.
This is the first time we've left the kids for so long. They've had sleep overs at grandparents before, but never for this long. It'll be interesting to see how it all goes.

Awesome! Happy 10th! We did the same thing for our 5th anniversary. Thankfully there is so much to do in Hawaii, so that you don't spend any time worrying how the kids are doing. It was the longest we'd left our girls, too. My daughter was laughing & crying at the same time when we had a reunion back home.
Have a wonderful time in Laie. I will forever keep
going back to that beautiful place. Which other islands will you tour? Camping on the big island is awesome. Maui is also one of my favorites.
Oh, and just a suggestion. Take a dinner cruise off of a dock in Waikiki... You'll never regret it.
Man, I realized I needed to come back to the blogging world & create more posts today... After my excursion to FB. Are you on FB? It's like a mission reunion every day. Do you remember Soeur Lefrandt? We just had. Play date at the park with all our kids. Man, time flies!
